    Nicholas!

Indoctrination and misunderstanding is wide spread on both sides of the fence.
Swastika and the Sun wheel will remain being used by the National Socialist Movement as a sign of good fortune.
There are today many successful nations that are today run under the National Socialist system where the inhabitants benefit from freedom and social benefits under a collective run government. It may be called something else but is governed by cooperation between Government, trade unions and the union of private enterprises. The laws from the German occupation where not dismantled but put into use in a society that continued after the war.

The Swastika and the Sun Wheel will remain powerful symbols and will raise again once the indoctrination by the so called victories will be understood and dismantled and put in the history books as biggest lie ever invented.

. I printed out a pre war post card
that has a black cat sorrounded by a bunch of four leaf clovers, a horse shoe and a swastika. In other words, The Swastika Is not just a religous symbol, It also is sopposed to be a plain good luck charm. the arms of the swastika stand for Love, Luck, Life, and Light. We all know Htler was a filtey hiddious person, But the more we fear the swatika, We are just making the Nazis mre powerful. If we can cleanse the Swastika, We can make history and run the Nazi party down for good. I want to send pictures of swastikas that I hove or that I’ve discovered, But I don’t know how. another reason to get this symbol from extinction is it may cause another holocaust. The Ku Klux Klan is still reaching it’s peak, They’re stiil secretly killing african amaricans. There is a large Nazi party in MInniapolis Called the National Sotcalist Movement (NSM) whom still threaten the lives of many blacks and jewish people today.

    Dom!

It is all a matter of opinion, not everybody think of the National Socialists as something evil.
They don’t have a monopoly of wartime atrocities, neither past nor present.

Should we ban the US flag because the illegally invaded Iraq.

  10. 191. Dom says:

Unfortuantley the swastika will always be remebered to symbolise Nazism, facism etc. No one will ever forget world war 2 so its highly unlikey you will see ‘friendly’ swastikas in the future.

Thanks for the comment about Malaysia. It (and Singapore) is influenced by the Peoples Action Party). A recent Opinion Editorials column gained attention for showing the swastika’s modern use as overlapping S-shapes for “Socialism.” The column, which exposed the British Union of Fascists and National Socialists and its logo (an S-shaped lightning bolt for “Socialists”), led to new discoveries regarding symbolism in the Peoples Action Party (PAP) of Singapore.
    http://rexcurry.net/peoples-action-party-pap-singapore-socialism.html

The PAP began as a socialist party and adopted as its logo the same S-shaped symbolism of the British Union of Fascists and National Socialists (BUFNS). The noted historian Dr. Rex Curry (author of “Swastika Secrets”) has established that the PAP’s logo originated as an “S” letter for “Socialists.”
    http://rexcurry.net/british-union-of-fascists-sir-oswald-mosley.html

Wikipedia is announcing the amazing discoveries concerning the PAP and the BUFNS. Recent articles at opinioneditorials.com report on the many references to the research on Wikipedia. Even Wikipedia’s founder Jimbo Wales has publicly commented on Dr. Curry’s influence on Wikipedia. His work is probably the most referenced historical research on Wikipedia. The work has been reviewed and verified by wikipedia writers. Some Wikipedia writers use Dr. Curry’s work without attribution in apparent attempts to bolster their own credibility.

Of course, Wikipedia is a glorified anonymous bulletin board and is constantly changed, often at the hands of vandals and even neo-nazis. A recent web search for “British Union of Fascists and National Socialists” showed Dr. Curry’s work at the top and indicated that no wikipedia article exists. Wikipedia gives the mis-impression that the BUFNS never existed, or that its name-change never occurred. It is common comic revisionist history air-brushed at wakipedia.

Amazon.com adopted as its policies recommendations advocated by Dr. Curry to combat neo nazism like that on wikipedia.
    http://rexcurry.net/amazon-com-book-reviews-tags-discussions.html

The PAP smeared its way onto the political scene in 1954 when it was formed by English-educated middle-class men who had returned to Singapore from Britain. The PAP became a member of the Socialist International. The PAP logo has a double connotation for “Singapore Socialists.” The S-letter is red and thereby consistent with the socialist symbolism of the color under German socialism, Soviet socialism, and Chinese socialism.
    http://rexcurry.net/peoples_action_party_pap_logo_singapore_socialist_swastikas.gif

The PAP’s logo supports Dr. Curry’s discovery that the swastika was used as alphabetic symbolism for overlapping “S” letters for “socialism” under the National Socialist German Workers’ Party. http://rexcurry.net/swastika3clear.jpg

Just got back from Malaysia and found quite a few swastika’s on advertisement boars and in design in houses. I made a few photo’s and can send them if you want.
As a kid i was, and still am, fascinated by this symbol. To hear that they want to forbid the swastika in Europe (where i reside) is so typical of the politics here. Very patronizing!
OK we have a bad history on the subject and i know older people, like my family, have an association connected to the swastika, and the symbol brings out bad memories which is completely understandable but as a postwar person I look at the history, misuse etc, have a broader perspective. I just hope they will not forbid the use. It’s a beautifull and powerfull looking symbol.
If some neo-nazi can’t wear the swastika, will that get rid of his fascist ideas? I don’t think so… Forbidding things does not make things disappear.
Anyway, I think this symbol will last for a long time, probably longer than humans will roam the earth.

Thank you Premasagar. I checked your discussion forum and realized that there is a confusion of which form of swastika is turning clock-wise and which anti clock-wise. In Yundgrung Bon, Buddhism, Taosim and Shinto the direction of the swastika’s rotation is determined by its ‘hands’. If hands are pointing to the right then it is clock-wise Swastika, if hands are pointing to the left then it is anti clock-wise swastika. So, if we are talking of the swastika used by the Nazis it is the clock-wise Swastika turning to the right in the the sun-wise movement. I beleive in Hindusim they understand it in the same way.

There is generally a lot of confusion about this matter so it is important to clarify it. I think some people considered that the ‘hands’ of the swastika are somehow showing the ‘tale’, trace of the movement and so interpret the sawstika’s direction in the opposite way of what it actually is. It is a relatively late phenomenon which probably appeared in Europe when the swastika lost its spiritual significance and was used just as an ornament

In any case, there is no negative direction, as you said, but there are different functions which are symbolized by the direction of swastika’s rotation. If you look into the tantric art of Tibetan Buddhism and Bon you will see they use both swastikas for different purposes. While on the more common level Buddsim is characterised by the right-turning sawstika and Bon by the left-turning one.

I still think you should update your Symbolsm section as it presents a limited view.

    Sarwa Mangalam,

    Lhagon

    Dear all,
We have compiled some guidelines for this forum, to help keep the discussion constructive. Please take a look

  16. 185. Premasagar says:

@Ihagon (comments 1 & 2) – Thank you for your thoughtful comment and for citing references. The point you raise has come up before, both here and on the related Flickr discussion group. It is true that different cultures and traditions use the swastika in different ways and have different understandings of its meaning. This particular website is concerned with the school of Yantra – an ancient, intuitional study of the nature of form and its effect on the mind.

Yantra has the understanding that the swastika form (in the direction shown on this site) leads the mind through evolution, towards one’s deepest spiritual goal. It considers that the mirror-image of this form stimulates involution, the opposite direction for the mind. Many ancient cultures have based their use of the swastika on this, though clearly others have not.

It seems impossible that all people and cultures could interpret the world in an identical way – we can but present our own understanding. I hope that on this at least we can agree.

You raise an interesting question – how could Nazis fly the swastika and yet carry out destruction at the same time?

The symbol seems to have been used by Nazism in the hope that it would bestow success to what it considers the highest philosophy. However, the philosophy seems clearly short of the universal, eternal and non-material unity promoted by the swastika.

I do not consider the swastika to be a ‘good luck’ charm that grants all wishes to the wearer. It depends on what those wishes are and whether they are with the same intention as the swastika. The swastika is for spiritual victory and not material success.

    @Simon – Thank you!

  17. 184. simon says:

yes i think so too, it is a symbol of peace and everyone should know about that, it’s a shame that it has been misused and it lead to the misunderstanding of the true meaning. i spent a year in south africa when i once saw an indian buddhism painting at a market that contained about 20 swastikas. this way i learned that it’s a positive sign. there is no information about this fact here in germany, but i’ll try promoting this site to help spreading the “news” =) thank you guys!

What you are saying only shows how total the indoctrination and brainwashing has been since the war. Thanks to statue of limitation the archives from the camps etc. are now been released and the true lies behind the HoloCa$h industry can now be documented.
The HoloCa$h industry are no fighting to ban any critics and symbols than can lead to the understanding of the blackmail that they with the help of Jew$A has been performing against European countries.
If they succeed in banning the Swastika the symbol will only increase in strength.

  19. 182. Collin says:

i also want to say something sad. i am a child and i have a blocker on my computer, so i did an image search for “swastica” and it was blocked for hate and discrimination. plus i asked a few kids at school if they knew how to draw a swastica. they couldnt. i asked them isf they could draw a “nazi symbol” and they said oooo ok and drew a perfectly fine swastica.

  20. 181. Collin says:

This is a good website. why should the symbol be shun all because the nazis misused it 60 years ago. i think it should be taken back in as a symbol of peace.
