I agree with the Montevideo-post.The cross ,symbol of Christianism has oh so many times misused by Popes of the Roman Catholic Church.Through the history even more Jews were killed by other hands then by the nazis.History learns us how ALL kind of religious were involved in murdering and persecuting people.History is written with blood.I am not a Jew hater nor a muslim hater aso., but when I witness what happened and still happens to the Poor persecuted Palestinian People then I have to admit that my humanism character oblige me to condemn the Israeli policy in that matter. The US should now with Obama perhaps interupt this policy, but do they not have to consider the zionist influence AND the financial POWER ??Money is so important that the policy becomes dependant from this money…BUT we can be happy that still there are GOOD thinking people in this world too(Martin Luther King,Ghandi,Mandela,The Dalai Lama who cannot govern his country,John Kennedy,Robert Kennedy,Jimmy Carter,John Lennon,Joan Baez,Bob Geldhof, and many others.

    I dont like censorship

I also dislike the “politically correct” way of speaking ,when it is deemed mandatory

So, I also dont like the ban of the svastika or any other symbol

And I remember that in the name of christianism, catholicism and communism many persons were killed, but nobody wants to ban the cross or the hammer and sickle

    greetings from Montevideo,Uruguay

gr8 informational article seeing how its been passed on from generations and we just preconceive that it became more popular after Hitler started using it……swastika has re branded itself as the common logo for all religious symbols.

  6. 735. ML says:

You’re another internet shyster, Holbrish, but at least you’re a naked anti-Semite and admirer of the man.

“The word Swastika derives from the Aryans of ancient India. In their Sanskrit language su meant “well” and asti “being,” to which the substantive suffix -ka was added. It is thus a sign of well-being and prosperity, of integrity and fertility. Its four arms—the four Ls—represent Light, Life, Love and Luck.”

Blah, blah, blah and blah. All gay Hindoo interpretation, doodly do, doodly do. The suffix -ka by the way is a diminutive, not merely a “substantive”, though it does substantiate the phrase swasdee.

Good post! I plan to move into this stuff after I’m done with school, as most of it is time consuming. It’s a great post to reference back to. My blog needs more time to gain in popularity anyway.

As I wrote on june 26th(704)I repeat that the swastika was used by Hitler and not invented by him(many people think so) It is good that this website exists to bring in the reality. Can I hereby remember or reveil for many people that the antesemitic book”Der Ewige Jude”was NOT written by the Nazis but a translation of the book “The International Jew” written by the great antisemit HENRY FORD,better known as the boss from Ford.He supported Hitler as so many in this period and was rewarded with the”Grosskreuz des Deutschen Adlerordens”in july 1938 by Hitler for his 75th birthday. In the office of Hitler there was even a picture of Henry Ford.HISTORY learns us that the Jewish people were persecuted and murdered not only by the German NAZI party, but eg.by the Tsar of Russia,The catholics especially in Poland, and so on ,and they did not have the swastika as their symbol.

  13. 728. Richard Reich says:

There was no holocaust – its not about ‘emotional trauma’ its about their commitment to bringing down the one system which has ever effectively cast off the shackles of zionist judaism.

This is a great web site, thanks.

Instead of trying to ban the symbol (which I believe Germany have been successful in doing) and making the use of it illegal troubles me on a zeitgeist level.

The people putting their ignorant (or deliberately misleading) energies into banning this symbol should actually use this energy to educate people of it’s true meaning.

    Peace :)
